Sudanese Man Marries His Goat

A truly heart-warming tale:

A Sudanese man has been forced to take a goat as his "wife", after he was caught having sex with the animal.

The goat's owner, Mr Alifi, said he surprised the man with his goat and took him to a council of elders.

They ordered the man, Mr Tombe, to pay a dowry of 15,000 Sudanese dinars ($50) to Mr Alifi.

Don't want to put a downer on this tale of true-love, but I read a similar tale a good 3 or 4 years ago. Is this an urban legend that keeps coming round every so often? Yes, I know its on the beeb site, but it was on the beeb site when I read it as well.
