Live Music Banned in Britain

Have you filled out a 'Temporary Event Notice'? How about Form 696? These bureaucratic instruments have become the way the UK's 'government' has effectively banned live music or even spontaneous singing from pubs in Britain, because music 'causes violence', allegedly.
