Man late for own funeral, thanks to Ryanair

“The ashes of a man, which had gone missing after being sent on a Ryanair flight from Cork to London, will be returned to his wife today. Eileen Grufferty had travelled from Australia back to Ireland with an urn containing the ashes of her husband, Jack.”
