Decentralised energy – Edinburgh signs up

I’ve been boring people stupid in recent times with my wittering on about decentralised energy. Now, the UK city of Edinburgh has followed in the footsteps of town Woking, and the countries of Sweden, Denmark and Netherlands with plans to use this system to cut carbon emissions and avoid nuclear power, and to reduce power consumption, and the harness “waste” heat for domestic and office heating.
