North Korea is "not" a terrorist

It's just been announced: the United States has removed North Korea from its list of terrorist states. This of course is to give resident President George W. Bush one success he can brag about when he leaves office. Removing North Korea from the list was actually supposed to happen months ago when it destroyed its cooling tower at its main nuclear plant, to show it was halting its plutonium production. But then Bush said basically 'Gotcha! Ah'm not gonna take ya off mah list at all, suckers!', so the North Koreans said 'Ok! Fine! We're just going to rebuild our tower - you like that, George? Hah? Here we go!', and Bush has obviously had to capitulate. But at the moment Bush looks better than Britain's chief cloakroom attendant Brown, who has added Iceland to his own terrorist list, it seems.
