Israeli spy on the wiretap (updated)

‘Rep. Jane Harman, a California Democrat long involved in intelligence issues, was overheard on a 2005 National Security Agency wiretap telling a suspected Israeli agent that she would lobby the Justice Department to reduce espionage-related charges against two former officials [Steve Rosen & Keith Weissman, who go on trial soon] of the American Israeli Public Affairs Committee. In return, the Israeli agent pledged to help lobby for Harman to become chairwoman of the House Intelligence Committee… Justice Department officials decided there was sufficient evidence to initiate an FBI investigation of Harman.   1. Since the Patriot act was enabled in the US more Israelis have been arrested under it than any other nationality. They may be allies, they may share many military secrets but they don’t share everything.

  2. When will Americans learn that Israelis are not our allies ? What exactly have they given us that we actually need ? Alies don’t stabbed allies in the back like the Israelis have been doing to us.
