Saturday afternoon, Temple Bar, Dublin. Who would have thought it necessary to turn the Irish towards god? In 2007, these rather shouty born again christians find it necessary to take the streets of Ireland’s capital city to convert the heathen Irish to the word of god. Not many listened, some took photos, as souvenirs. But god, did they talk a load of muck.

  1. I disagree, even though I don’t know those particular brothers. Everyone needs to know how to be saved else all will go to Hell.
    Romans 10:13-14
13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.
14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?
You did get some good pics though. I found this page on a google search for “street preachers”

  2. Greetings in the name of my saviour the Lord Jesus Christ.I am looking for my friend MR.W.Ardis who has been in the streets of Dublin city over a period of seven years he has preached in the open air and seen many turn to the saviour for salvation, and God was with him in every step of the way even when there was no money in his pocket God put it in there.
Signs following and he has moved on to other parts of the countryside with his microphone and Bibles for distribution God has blessed him every step of the way have you seen this man.S.Boskett Belfast.

  3. great pic!!! I wouldn’t want to get into a fight with the women though she looks scary and not just in the jesus freak brain-washed type of way

  4. So what was said exactly. “Turn to God or go to hell sinners!”…if so, that’s only pushing people who dont know Christ away even more from the lord. As a Christin myself, I find it far more divine and original just to simply love people as well as “your enemy’s” with your actions, then to Condemn and judge people you don’t know. I know that if any solid foundation is to be made, it can be done by someone who doesn’t know the lord, if they see Christi in us. Its interesting how Jesus never really said anything hard and condemning to pagans or anyone. Most of the times it were to the Religious leaders. I wonder if Christ, instead of joining some preachers in a fire and brimstone revival, who actually give some stern word to the one judging like that. After all, hes had love, compassion and mercy one the blind man, the man with leprosy, and even a woman caught in adultery. I just hope the people in these pictures understand that love in far more then just saying words…its taking kindness, respect, loyalty and love…and putting them into action…
…and i’m not gonna lie Lisa, but they look pretty scary to me too. haha.
