Fortean Times review of A Load of Blather

A Load of Blather: Unreal Reports from Ireland and Beyond

Postal ambiquities, house moves, and international travel not withstanding.. last week my missing January edition of Fortean Times (FT244) finally turned up with Ian Simmons’ 9/10 review of our book A Load of Blather. Yay!
Key quotes:
“[Blather] provides a low-key, entertaining weirdness unmatched elsewhere”
“A distinctly Irish feel, with wayward loopy humour and a determination not to take itself seriously. It makes for very cheery reading.”
“My only gripe is that it is too short”
Hold on Ian – we’ll try and squeeze another volume out soon!
